About the Space

Our property is a flat 1 acre lot with updated pool, tennis court, outdoor room with BBQ & fireplace, detached structure (gym), kids play area, putting green, lush landscaping. The home is a single story Cape Cod style on the outside and an updated interior with a modern farmhouse look and decor. This is a great property for photo shoots & commercials. We've had about 22 professional commercials shot at our property over the past 20+ years.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

This place was perfect! We filmed an independent movie here, and the host couldn't be more helpful or friendly. It was even better than advertised, and is the perfect place to film a feature film. It has so many different looks, as well as space to move about. I highly recommend it.

Debbie was wonderful to work with! The house is absolutely beautiful! The tennis court and pool area give a nice country club feel. The interiors are very well thought out and spacious. Debbie is very responsive and extremely nice. I definitely recommend this home!
