About the Space

open concrete loft with lots of natural light! our indoor/outdoor space allows breezy and calm energy especially when all doors are open. ideally suited for photography, small yoga/meditation class, pop up, small exhibition, or workshops. utilizing the loft space allows you to photograph subject from above. PLEASE NOTE: · sound: our space is NOT sound proof! it's pretty quiet for the most part since it's a back house but please bear this in mind for any sound productions · clothing rack: we DO NOT have one so please bring your own · tape: please don’t use tape other than masking tape that are peelable on floor/wall etc. · natural light: sun light positioning depends on the season, please message us beforehand if you rely on natural light equipment rental available upon request: (let us know at the time of booking) · 1 x profoto mono light · 2 x c stands · 1 x fresnel light props: minimal scandinavian furniture lots of plants outdoor space: concrete texture backdrop concrete sphere gravel neighborhood: 10min walk to the echo park lake / vista hermosa park close to new and hip coffee shops (clark St Bread, laveta cafe, bloom & plume coffee) less than 10minute drive to downtown LA uber friendly location, very easy to maneuver around here to anywhere in the los angeles area

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Perfect space for our photoshoot- both indoors and outdoors with plenty of natural light to take advantage of. Space is exactly as in photos. Great design elements throughout entire property. Communication with Emi was so easy and smooth. Highly recommend this space!!

Perfect location for e-commerce and campaign shoots, our team loved the lightning and decorations. Very trendy looking, which is also great for some social media content. Also, host was very friendly and easy to communicate with.
