About the Space
We are a unique boutique with three curtained dressing rooms, a storage room and workspace. We also have two bathrooms. We're perfect for photo shoots and film/TV production.

Parking description
Plenty of street parking. We also have a small gated parking lot 5-6 cars or suitable for a basecamp.
Space has natural light
Natural light can be blocked out
Lighting description
Western-facing plate glass windows provide great natural light. Late morning to late afternoon is the brightest. We also have practical lighting in the store. The store has roller blinds to reduce the amount of natural light entering.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
There can be ambient noise the barber shop next door. Street is moderately busy. We have an A/C unit that can be turned off.

Equipment loading description
You can load in through the front or back door. We control the parking lot in back, so it can be used as a basecamp.

Electrical system description
We've had small studio lights running off house power. Anything larger, may require your own genny. Circuit breaker is inside by the back door. Master breaker outside of back door.

General Rules
The usual -- no smoking and no food and drink near our beautiful gowns. There are numerous restaurants in the area also.
All ages are allowed in the space

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We limit the number of people in the establishment and clean daily.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
