The clubhouse is located in a leafy residential area with free street parking. It’s close to restaurants, coffee shops, and the Sunset Hill View Park with its sweeping overlook of Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains. Our classic, restored two-story Arts & Crafts–style clubhouse is available at reasonable rates for all kinds of events. These have included: weddings, commitment ceremonies, receptions, bat and bar mitzvahs, anniversaries, family reunions, musical and choral performances, dances, fundraisers, community events, church meetings, holiday parties, drivers education classes, writers’ workshops, art classes, puppet shows, film screenings, fitness classes and more. ROOM SIZE & CAPACITY We offer the Upper Hall (1,692 sq. ft.) and the Lower Hall (1,173 sq. ft.). Maximum capacity for the Upper Hall is 75 people. Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. A beautiful place! It was convenient to work with Ian and the people who we had at our event loved the natural light, the wood flooring, and the somehow both intimate and spacious main room.
