About the Space
A 9,000 Sq ft building filled with working Kitchen sets, working bathroom sets, living rooms, office spaces, green screen rooms, white Cyclorama and much much more!! Sky the limit what you can produce here weather its putting a cooking show together, filming a music video in our green room, of filming skits on our living room sets, this is the place where you bring your vision to life! book now and we are always welcoming for people who want a tour of our facility!!

Yes, we have a garage area to load equipment that doesn't require a ramp. No loading-trucks need to be moved.

Studio rental has access to makeup and wardrobe rooms. Green screen room and cyclorama room are an addition fee

General Rules
The rules are very simple:
Respect the space
NO rough housing (you break, you buy)
Please close doors behind you
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture and wall decorations can't be removed from the building but they can be moved into other rooms if necessary.
Smoke machines are allowed
Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
we have our parking lot and entrance of the studio on surveillance
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We clean and disinfected before and after every shoot. The studio is sprayed down with disinfectant spray and all surfaces are wiped down.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
