There is neighborhood street parking available immediately in front of the studio and across the street.

There's natural lighting closer to the front and the back of the studio. The center most part of the studio can easily be completely blacked out or illuminated with color when the colored lighting is being used.

There is soundproofing equipment in the studio, but the studio is not completely sound proof. Noise levels are minimal as neighbors understand the operation hours and do not cause a lot of noise while studio is in use.

Ground Floor

Equipment can be loaded directly through the front door.

There are several outlets throughout the facility that is also easily accessible. The circuit breaker is also easily located next to the public accessible to the left of locker storage.

Absolutely no alcohol and/or smoking is allowed on the premises outside of a limited quantity of wine. Rental time starts at the time of booking, not the time of arrival, so it is strongly encouraged that you arrive on time for your reservation. Any additional time used beyond the reservation end time will incur an additional $30 fee per every half hour. This space follows all CDC guidelines, so capacity limits, mask wearing and social distancing guidelines are in place unless otherwise stated by owner and the city of Chicago. Light cleaning is expected as there are 3 garbage cans within the facility. While using the facility, there is locker storage for personal belongings. Patrons must provide their own locking device to ensure safety and security of personal belongings as En Pointe Dance Productions and the owner are not responsible for damage and/or theft of any personal items. The person under which the reservation is held, is responsible for accompanying parties while in use. There is a strict quiet hours policy that prohibits the playing of music and loud noise after 10:00 PM. Because this is a strict policy, there will be a $15 fine automatically charged to the person who's named on the reservation, if violated. Instructions on using the lockbox and lighting will be provided upon reservation confirmation. Facility is expected to be left in the condition in which it is found upon entry of reservation time. Facility is under surveillance and is cleaned and inspected daily between each reservation and usage.

There's a floating wall that is on casters and can be moved. Front desk can be moved forward to further elongate the room. Pole fitness poles can be removed as well.
