COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Our professional cleaners clean and sanitize our unit after each guests stay. We have enhanced our cleaning procedures to ensure that our suite is fully prepared for your visit. Upon checking out, we ask that all linens be placed in the washing machine if you have used the sleeping area.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This space is an apartment community. There are outlets within the unit, but we are unsure of the power rating.

General Rules

Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $250 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Check-in is at 3pm. Checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.

For the safety of our guest, we do have a ring doorbell at the entrance of our suite. We do not have recording devices inside of our unit. When approaching the unit, you will be able to see the recording device on the outside of the unit at the entrance. All of our suites include a ring device at the entrance, but not inside of the unit.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
