About the Space
Salt water pool (not heated) with large palapa available for your next gathering or private enjoyment. Don’t feel like swimming? No problem, there is an inpool sun deck large enough to seat 5+ and works great as a play area for the younger kids. The palapa measures 425 sq feet and offers plenty of shade along with 2 ceiling fans and string lighting for evening ambiance. Space comes with 2 lounge chairs, an eating table for 4 and patio chairs for 6 so there is ample seating. Also included are noodles/tubes and an outdoor shower to rinse off. The pool is on an oversized pie shape backyard (total land is 15k sq ft) and has no neighbors in the back, which allows for plenty of privacy and space. There is a half bathroom in the house which can be used one at a time. (This is the only portion of the house included in this listing). Note; weekend and holidays require 3 hour minimum. Also please note the pricing is tiered based on the number of guests, The $55/ is for the first 10 guests. Please note the white tent in the evening picture is not part of the rental. Annie was great. Very responsive. We enjoyed having My 40th birthday party there. Only thing would be more lighting is needed if you are planning on using the yard vs the pool area.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this venue! I celebrated my 27th birthday party here and it was my first time in Texas. The space was very clean and roomy, Ms. Annie was very hospitable allowing us to decorate, bring food, and super helpful to answer any questions prior to the event. It’s a really great spot for any party and I would highly recommend anyone to book here! It’s definitely worth it and we had such a good time. My guest told me the pool was the highlight of the whole trip and I certainly agree.
