About the Space
Photoshoot are great in my space. Each room offers a unique and different vibe. I have one bedroom and one makeup/salon room. The kitchen is bright white and modern and the living room has a vintage fireplace as well has having one grey sofa and a purple velvet sofa. There is also an outside patio area with a huge driveway. The neighborhood is really quite and great for recording. I also have 6 ft tables and refrigerator available for use.

There is free street parking outside.
General Rules
- no extra loud music or noise after 10PM. I live on a quiet street so respect the neighbors.
- no smoking inside or outside of the house
- outside catering and food and drinks are allowed.
- do not enter the garage or open any cabinets.
- Renter is responsible for any cleaning fees
- no parking across the street or blocking the driveway. Plenty of parking on my side of the street.
- house is not child safe

Security cameras and recording devices
I have security cameras inside and outside and they are on at all times. They are not in the bathroom or in the bedrooms
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Space is cleaned before and after each rental using disinfectant and steam cleaned.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
