Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We purchased our own electrostatic sprayer and use a very potent solution which is sprayed in the entire gym daily. During sessions every piece of equipment is sprayed and wiped down immediately after being used.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Our spacious gym is located in downtown Riverside and includes everything you can find in a well-outfitted crossfit affiliate. From barbells, bumper plates, pullup rig, gymnastics rings, climbing ropes, peg board, rowers, bikes, kettlebells and more. With mostly black, rogue equipment to match the black walls and green trim, the dark look with great lighting makes for our images to pop! We have a secluded, upstairs yoga studio and a 700 sq/ft matted and gated section for jiujitsu and wrestling classes as well. The gym opens up with three giant bay doors which makes for an outdoor/indoor feel.

Parking description

The complex has parking for up to 40 cats. The front side of the building has individual parking spaces and the alley in the back has several spaces as well. If all spots are taken there are also nearby parking lots with a short walks distance.

General Rules

No smoking inside the building. We ask that all trash be cleared out and all equipment be put back where found. Food and drinks allowed inside the building. All kids must be accompanied by an adult and all equipment used for photo and video shoots only. For events larger than 15 people, we ask that porta-potties be rented and placed outside of the building.

Security cameras and recording devices

The gym contains three separate Amazon Blink cameras. Camera 1 is located in the front lobby where the gym entrance is, displaying the front area and also outside of the two bathrooms. Camera 2 and camera 3 are inside the gym workout area on each side, displaying the entire workout areas.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
