About the Space
This open backyard space features a patio and furniture that can accommodate up to 10 guests. The remainder of the backyard can be adjusted to your liking. We have previously hosted brunches, company events, pop up shops, vendor events, and birthday parties. There is a bathroom located on the first floor of the property.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Ky was a WONDERFUL host! Very pleasant, very outgoing, very organized and great communication! I recommend her and her space 1000x! I had a great event, the space is very spacious and excellent for any event! I would definitely book again everytime! Thank you so much Ky!! We’re family now lol MUCH LOVE AND PROSPERITY!

WOWWWWWWW! I felt comfortable booking this space because of the previous reviews about Ky and her family and let me tell you! The reviews does nothing to the actual kindness and freedom I felt in Ky’s space. She’s responsive, welcoming, and accommodating. My son’s 1st birthday was a success because of her being such a gracious host. The space is big and beautiful! This is a total recommendation for all those looking! Thanks Ky for your hospitality, we appreciate everything!!

The space was perfect and Ky (and her husband) were incredible hosts! She worked with us when unexpected challenges came our way and was able to assist with last minute items that were needed. I would recommend booking thru them in a heartbeat.

Ky was very responsive during the entire time . She answered all questions and provided a lot of support during the party. The pictures does the yard no Justice. Lots of space and very well maintained. There were things I left at home and Ky provided and assisted us with everything. I highly recommend this venue .

This space is exactly as pictured. The Host Ky was so accommodating and the sweetest! She and her family went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed ourself while allowing us to utilize her backyard. Highly recommend this space. Thank you Ky for everything !

The Host KY was extremely professional and always communicates well. The location is really big and well maintained. There’s ample amount of parking. I am grateful to KY for allowing me have my event there. Truly a great person to do business with.
