We hire a professional cleaner to clean the building.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

The Hall is a modern event space completed in 2006 and perfect for baby showers, wedding showers, fundraisers, and other activities. The rectangular hall has plenty of windows letting in natural light on sunny days and has attached bathrooms. The hall can be divided into two sections for breakout rooms. The entire church is one floor with no steps to enter the building or the hall. Guests also have access to the commercial kitchen located close by. Folding chairs and plastic tables are available, although the setup and cleanup of the tables and chairs are the responsibility of the guest.

Parking description

Parking is conveniently located off Sherbrook Park Dr. in the church's private lot and has spaces for 66 cars including 8 handicapped spaces.

General Rules

1. Guests agree to properly supervise all Children present at events. 2. Guests agree all hangings on the walls must be done with "leaves no-marks" products. Nails, thumbtacks, and tape is prohibited. 3. Before leaving, we will make certain that: all lights are turned off the heat/air conditioning is rest to 65 degrees the room is cleaned up and put back the way Guests found it all dishes are cleaned up all garbage placed in the kitchen trash cans all appliances are turned off and leftover food is taken home 4. Smoking, Alcoholic beverages, Marijuana use, and illegal drugs are prohibited. 5. Guests (with the exception of restrooms) agree to only use rooms they have agreed to rent.

Security cameras and recording devices

Cameras are active at the main entrance and nowhere else.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
