All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Our dance studio is equipped with large floor to ceiling wall mirrors, hardwood floor, sound system, storage, small reception area, and ample parking spaces. Suitable for dance instructors, choreographers looking for rehearsal space, fitness classes, auditions, casting calls, workshops, networking events, etc. We can accommodate on-going weekly rentals or one -time rentals.

We were throwing my sister a 50th surprise party and this venue was perfect! I HIGHLY recommend booking with them! The place is perfect for whatever function you are having. It’s clean, they are super accommodating, very responsive. They helped us visualize different ways to set up for our party. Location and parking was everything. I will use them every chance I get and recommend all the time.
