About the Space
Conscious Lab is a uniquely stunning event space located in one of the oldest buildings in Downtown Vancouver. It features original hardwood floors, exposed brick and arched windows that create an undeniable vibe. The space has been used for: Corporate and Networking Events Photo and Film Shoots Weddings and Proposals Meditation, Yoga and Breathwork Urban Retreats Think Tanks and Brainstorming The intention of Conscious Lab is to elevate creativity, connection and community. When people gather in this space, magical moments naturally follow. Included in your rental is the use of: 30 meditation cushions 15 yoga mats 65 folding chairs 6 bamboo tables Big screen TV Large bluetooth speaker Whiteboard Mini fridge Dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen sink 2 Bathroom stalls Glass boardroom with 6 chairs upon request Conscious Lab is 1100 sq ft and can accommodate 65 seated and 100 standing. *Please note that the space is located on the second floor and does not have elevator access.

The Flying S. booked a party for 65 people
Event space itself was wonderful! It was exactly what we were looking for to host our NYE event this year. The exposed brick and wood floors were perfect for the vibe we wanted to create. We hosted a magical dance gathering with about 65 people and celebrated the transition to 2023.

Jenna and her assistant, Olga - were phenomenal hosts. The space is very beautiful and we were given a lot of flexibility on how we wanted to arrange the space as well as time to setup. Jenna was incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. Our guests loved the space and we're so happy we were able to have our wedding day here. Thank you Jenna and Olga!

Space was as promised. It was open and bright. Access was a simple. We used the space for a video shoot, and if needed we would do so again.

We used this space for year end strategy session and it was a perfect setting to reflect and strategize. We did a meditation/mindfulness session at the beginning and 25 of us were able to sit in a circle which was amazing. The area is full of great coffee shops and lunch spots as well :) Thank you to Jenna for being a great host and coordinator leading up to the event. We would highly recommend this space!
