About the Space
Our unique space is perfect for creatives. Whether you are a Vlogger, Photographer or in the film industry, our social lounge will add pizzazz to your content. The lounge area has a contemporary design and can be used to film or host a small mixer. Includes a 50inch TV, beautiful contemporary decor and furnishings.

Parking Space for 20-25 cars, plus some lawn parking
Parking is on the side and rear of the premises
General Rules
No smoking or drugs of any kind on the premises or in the building,
Alcohol is allowed only upon approval by the owner.
No profanity if other guests are in the facility. Other guests may be utilizing other rooms in the facility.
Perform basic clean up. throw away trash
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Outside cameras only , there are no current indoor cameras
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Floors and surfaces are cleaned thoroughly after each guest using bleach and disinfect we also spray a disinfectant to clean the air.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
