About the Space
This San Elijo Home is a light-filled professionally designed daily rental for private events, company off-sites, and video/photo productions. Need a beautiful and relaxing space for the day? We've got you covered! It is a light-filled open floor plan (dining, kitchen, and living room) that can host up to a 10 person event indoors, and then another outdoor rustic farm dining table seats an additional 6 guests. With seating for an additional 4 guests around the outdoor fireplace. COMPANY OFF-SITES / INTIMATE GATHERINGS: The home is located at the edge of Carlsbad and before San Marcos in a recently renovated home with 10' ceilings, amazing light, a designer kitchen, and lots of comfortable seating. The entire space is 2,134 square feet and includes 2 stories. the kitchen, dining room, living room, hallway, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a great entertaining backyard off of the living room and kitchen with another courtyard at the front of the home. PHOTO / VIDEO PRODUCTIONS: while the home is bright and airy with TONS of windows - the light is actually diffused and does not shine directly into the space. It includes: - 8 person dining table - 6 person outdoor dining table - 3 barstools at the kitchen counter - Glassware, silverware, and plates for 12 settings - Large Chef's Dream kitchen - Living room seating for 8 (1 large sofa 10') and two accent chairs - Vizio TV with fully articulating wall hung mount and adaptor to allow you to hook up your laptop; - Lots of throw pillows and throw blankets for cozy seating - Variety of dimmable light designs and configurations; - Beautiful bathrooms - One of the bedrooms is only lightly furnished so it is the perfect room to store your gear, do wardrobe changes and/or do hair and makeup off-set Check-in: We'll give you a quick rundown of the space, answer all your questions and then she's all yours! Check-out: We would much appreciate it if you put the space back in a similar condition to how you found it at check-in. We'll hire professional cleaners to do the floors, bathroom, etc., but please put the furniture back prior to departure. We would love to learn of any damages as soon as possible so that repairs can be made before the next guest arrives. Guests are responsible for the cost of the repairs. You may park in the driveway or there is plenty of free street parking

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The house in it's entirety is gorgeous and extremely photogenic. The host is very responsive, we had a delay with our talent that made us be late to the check out time (our fault in our part) thankfully we communicated and she was very helpful. Totally recommend this place for photography or video!
