It was my fault for running late , but this the best host I ever met and did business with in my life , didn’t have no isssues at all! and the spot is 10 out of 10 you wouldn’t regret booking this spot I promise ! Overall everything about this place is official ! Would definitely recommend this place , they will be seeing me again soon

I never like to leave bad reviews, but this right here deserves one. I've never felt so uncomfortable shooting a Music Video in my life. One of the hosts acted like they did not even want us to be there, and the one I talked to on PeerSpace avoided us the entire time, never said a word, and had the other hosts telling us, "we can't sit on the couches because this room isn't somewhere to relax." I rented out the space for 4 hours, and we cannot just sit down for a second after shooting for a few hours straight? I rented the ENTIRE PLACE as shown on PeerSpace, so I expect to be able to sit when I want to sit lol. A lot of places shown in pictures had to be taken off of Peerspace following our arrival at the house because we were told we were not allowed to be in there(false advertisement). Still, even when it comes to the rooms we were allowed to be in, some of the pictures shown at the time of this review are not how they look in person. The house is very old and broken down(cracks/molding everyone), and there are numerous bees/bugs everywhere near the pool and all in the backyard. These variables, plus how they treated us during our time there, did not make things any better... Additionally, I was told that I would be presented a waiver on arrival(which I was not), and when I asked one of the hosts about it, he said, "You were not given one?" I responded with, "No, I was not," and he said "F*** it" and told us we don't need one. There is no professionalism here... they are just trying to get your money. If you want to have a video shoot/photoshoot, I would not pick them, nor would I recommend these people.
