COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has additional space outdoors
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters

Yes, I would book again.

We held my daughter's 18th birthday dance here and everything was perfect! We were pleased with everything about this space - I was able to decorate the "blank space" of the room easily, tables and chairs were available, and there was a really nice room off of the main space for storing our things and eating pizza while the party was happening. We would definitely use this space and Three One Three again!

Yes, I would book again.

I had the pleasure of having my first event here and I can’t recommend it enough. Great location, beautiful inside area, outside space, and plenty of parking. Jill, the manager, is amazing and was so helpful the entire way through. They also work with a lot of great vendors that they recommend to you. I look forward to working with them again in the near future.
