This spacious 2 level, custom modern home offers an open floor plan perfect for a photo shoot. A few Artsy walls provide the perfect backdrop. Complete kitchen and family room come together to provide a cozy space. A one car driveway perfect for staging if needed. The first level is the kitchen and living space. Access to the bedrooms/bathrooms on the second level are only available on a case by case basis.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Rented the space for a video shoot. The space was great! Beautifully decorated. Exactly like the pictures and very clean. Available parking right in front. The process was smooth and seamless. Sheila was a great host and available if we needed her for anything. Great experience. Will rent space again in the future.
