Our venue has maintained its beautiful historic elements; you can enjoy the sunlight streaming through the original stained-glass windows and the dappling shadows on the original hardwood floors. Venue has 2 distinct floors. The comfortable lounge area on lower level with a Speak-Easy vibe, offers exposed brick accents and a unique bar area. The main room upstairs has a full stage with full AV and a loft area enabling you to sit and enjoy your show below. Furthermore, the variety of lighting and sound options that can be accommodated allow an array of differentiated moods and styles. Space is great for movie shoots, music release events, private events, plays, fashion shows, weddings, and corporate meetings. 3/4 kitchen area including refrigerator, freezer, microwaves, prep tables, warmers and sink. Entire venue is handicap accessible.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
