Parking description

The parking lot is not a commercial size lot so we only allow three (3) Car MAX on property. Please coordinate to carpool if there are more than 3 vehicles – Additional cars may result in surcharge. If you need to load through dock please note to host no less than 72 hours prior to your booking start time, other wise we may not be able to accommodate.

Lighting description

The Windows are huge with a ton of natural light but can be easily covered with a flag on a c-stand and/or curtains.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

We do have additional insulation in the walls, however we are near a main road so it can become noisy if a loud car or motorcycle passes. You can definitely record fairly clean audio though.

Equipment loading description

There are 4 full flights of stairs to access this space. (NO ELEVATOR) Per our reviews, we haven't had any issues. Our studio manager will be on site to guide you in and give you a hand on additional items that need to come up. Most gear comes through the door easily. If you have gear or props larger than 8ft please communicate this with host ahead of time. We have a car pool loading area with a 15ft clearance that can be used, However this must be requested to use at least 72 hours prior to booking.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

Private Storage and it has a DO NOT ENTER sign on sliding door. You only have access to the level you booked. Whatever you see in the photos is what you have access to. Rooftop is inaccessible unless separately booked.

Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed

General Rules

• Absolutely NO SMOKING inside building. • 3 CAR MAX on premises, we don't have a huge lot so carpooling is encouraged. • NO RUNNING - up & down stairs. • Only tissue or flushable wipes in the toilet • No alcohol allowed after 6pm • No filming or shooting inside of loft office unless discussed prior to booking

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

DO NOT drag furniture on the floor – Please pick up off the ground. Sofa & Chest will require 2 sets of hands to pick up and move. Fell free to rearrange any furniture to accommodate your shoot, just be sure to take pictures and put everything back where it was prior to your booking.

There are cameras in all the common areas inside the Creators Lounge.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Our space uses precautionary pandemic measures to keep our guest as safe as possible.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer
Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
