COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We use micro bacterial cleaning spray for all cleaning and everything is sanitized in the space.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
This space can be used for many different things. If your having a meeting, a photo shoot, a small event, an intimate dinner, and so many other things. My space is unique because it is located in a warehouse area but my space is remodeled. There is one bathroom. We also have a couch, table, refrigerator and microwave that comes with the venue.

Yes u can hear neighbors sometimes and the AC makes noise.

Yes u can load in front of the garage. No entrance doesn't require a ramp. No loading trucks don't need to be moved.

There's about 16 outlets. I don't know the power rating. Circuit breaker is next to the bathroom.

Camera on the inside of the space that records video and is on at all times and there are several cameras outside that are always recording.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
