Our space has a total of 3500 Sq Ft space and 13 suites, perfect for all of your content creation needs to bloom your business. Whether you are Local or Out of Town conducting business and/or creative work, we are the perfect space for your needs! When you enter the lobby there is a move-able receptionist desk where you may have a greeter welcome and check-in your attendees in style. The layout resembles a landscaped rectangle with suites along the perimeter area and a smaller rectangle with 3 suites in the center. We have a warm welcoming lobby and hallway with beautiful nooks and hidden seating features. Our suites are creative ready for Photography, Videography sessions. Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
