COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Hand Sanitizer

150" HD wireless projector, full kitchen access with bar, there is also a dining/wine tasting area available. Creative area designated with reconfigurable tables and chairs. Unique space ideal for photo/video shoots. Perfect for poetry nights, taste/sip events, baby/bridal showers. Enough space to accommodate groups of up to 25 ppl.

Yes, I would book again.

Loved this space! Production friendly - had no noise issues + large elevator for load in. Plus, the loft is much bigger than it appears in photos. Will was a great host and I would film here again.

Yes, I would book again.

Excellent location for filming. Looked beautiful for our interview setup. Would rent again in a heartbeat. Occasional small sound interruptions occurred, such as trains and water running in pipes, but nothing that threw off our overall schedule. The host is very nice and helpful as well.

This space was perfect for our needs. Will was an exceptonal host. Will definately use this space again if we are in Cleveland. Great Space for filming

The space was wonderful, larger than it appeared in the pictures (otherwise, the pictures were all accurate). The facilities were great for the family gathering we held in the space, and the host was very helpful and welcoming. Kitchen was big and well stocked. Plenty of street parking.
