About the Space
Our studio is a live sound stage that has six fully operating sets including a Living Room, Bedroom, Kitchen, and Talk Show Stage with seats for a live studio audience. From talk shows and podcasts, to sitcoms and short films, Wynn Studios has a versatile array of sets that will enable filmmakers, writers and producers to have space to capture their most creative ideas in its proper setting. For each hour booked, included is on-hand assistance who can support with build-up and tear-down, lighting, and more. Having an all-inclusive set will enable you to efficiently film multiple different scenes in a single location. Our sets work well for Videographers and Photographers alike.

General Rules
1.) Stage all equipment in designated area in rear workshop/loading area. Please do not use standing sets as storage & work areas, to avoid damage!
2.) No Smoking permitted inside studio, only in designated smoking area on side of building.
3.) No flames, fake blood, liquids or dirt effects without approval.
4.) No animals allowed inside studio.
5.) No painting, or spraying of any aerosols indoors.
6.) Must use Command Strips for hanging anything on walls, otherwise $5/hole for studio staff to patch & paint.
7.) Prop weapons brought onsite must be inspected by studio staff.
8.) Any furniture or decor moved, must be returned to original position after shoot. (Please refer to photos on our website for exact placement)
9.) Cleaning Checklist: Empty Trash, Empty Fridge, Clean Coffee Machine (if used), Wipe Counters & Any Spills, Sweep Floors If Needed, Remove Tape Markers from Floors, All Studio Grip Gear Back On Cart, All Studio Practical Lightbulbs Put Back & Turned On

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We are cleaning after each shoot along with the client’s practicing the CDC protocol as well.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disposable gloves
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
