You can conveniently park in front of the loft's on street level for 2hr max for $2. Hours of operation: Mon - Sat 8am-6pm. Free parking everywhere on Sunday. On 9th street and Jefferson there are plenty of free parking all day around the corner of the loft located by the Flower Market. Open parking lot located across on 10th and Jefferson street: 584 10th St Parking

NO SHOES: No shoes allowed inside The Canopy. Please place shoes in shoes area underneath coat hanger. OTHER IMPORTANT RULES & INFORMATION: Smoking is NOT allowed. We ask that you keep the front door closed at all times except for coming and going. All people and equipment must remain inside of the unit. AVAILABILITY: All booking times are inclusive of set-up and tear-down time. Please allow enough time to set up at the start of your booking and clean up at the end of your booking. You must be COMPLETELY OUT of the space by your agreed-upon end time. Monday - Friday: 7am - 9pm Saturday: 9am - 9pm Sunday: 9am - 8pm OVERTIME: If you need a little more time in the space once you are onsite, feel free to send a message via Peerspace. If we don't have another booking, we are happy to extend the time at the same hourly rate. EXTRA FEES: If you forget to lock the door (as indicated by our keyless entry app) and we have to come over and double-check the space, you will be charged a 2-hour trip fee billed at the hourly rate of your booking. (Note: We don't want to have to do this, so please just double-check that the door is shut tight so it can auto lock when you are in or out. DECORATIONS & DISPLAYS: Prior to any moving of furniture or items, please take photos so you can return the unit back to the original condition. DO NOT MAKE HOLES OR MARKS ON WALLS. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items are to be used on our walls or floors. Any damage will be charged after your event. Extra cleaning fees may apply for decorations not approved by us prior to the event date. The renter is responsible for removing all displays and decorations after the rental. SMOKE/HAZE MACHINE: Smoke/Haze machines are allowed however, they are NOT ALLOWED in the upstairs bedroom. NOISE: The loft is a residential and commercial rated building which means people live here. Our space is NOT the space for raves, techno parties, or loud noise at any time. We have a hard stop of loud noise of any kind at 9:00pm. When we reference noise, we are speaking about inside our space but even more importantly, the hallway and stairs leading up to the outdoor community courtyard. There are residents surrounding the courtyard so please be respectful. CONDUCT: There is absolutely no drug use or smoking of any kind tolerated on-premise or within 25 feet of the building including loitering or congregating outside on the sidewalk and street at any time during your rental period. Disparaging remarks or any type of physical violence will not be tolerated and will be cause for immediate expulsion. Renter and guests shall use the premises in a considerate manner at all times. Conduct deemed disorderly shall be grounds for immediate expulsion from the premises and conclusion of the rental period. In such cases, no refund will be issued. LOST & FOUND: We take no responsibility for personal effects and possessions left on premises during or after any rental. We do maintain a lost and found and will hold recovered items up to 7 days. Every attempt will be made to return any recovered item to its rightful owner.
