The location will have it's own onsite parking spaces for tenants of the building. There is about 50+ spaces and additional street parking as well.

Depending on the season and weather will provide various different looks to your taste. These results are based on clear blue skies conditions- If you need strong harsh sunlight you would want to book the time range of 730am to 11am. If you need a combo of shadow lines and to airy soft light the best times would be 12 noon to 4pm. Then 4pm to 5pm range would be golden hour inside the studio and after 5pm depending on the season you can still have the soft airy light up to 7pm with faster prime lens you will be fine. To have control of the light you can use a diffuser of your own or cover it with our moving walls.

Ambient noise description Little noise can be heard around from other tenants in the building and the occasional train horn.

Ground Floor

- Smoking is not allowed or drug use. - No open flames. - No nail, drilling into the walls. (blue tape/painter's tape only) - Zero tolerance of weapons. - Absolutely no glitter or equal to similar messes. - The space is not for events or private parties. - Pets are not allowed inside our space. We do not have this in our leasing agreement to have animals or pets.
