This is a Spacious and Clean Ranch Home in a quiet neighborhood! Small town surrounded by farms 20 minutes from Rockford. You will have access to the entire house and the front and backyard. This includes a well outfitted kitchen and dining area, Living room with a smart TV, board games, laundry room, a large master bedroom with its own TV and master bath, a walk-out basement with another living room and pool table, a 2 car garage, a driveway for 2 cars and a large backyard with a two-level deck and fire pit!

We offer a 2 car garage and driveway for parking. There is also free street parking.

General Rules

- Quiet hours from 10p.m. to 7a.m. - Additional street parking is available, though in front of the house only. So that we do not encroach on the neighbors, 4 cars max on the street please - No Smoking in the building or garage - Outdoor catering is allowed, though please discuss with your host before booking

There are security cameras around the perimeter of the house and in the garage. There no audio or video recording devices inside the living areas.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
