About the Space
Spacious backyard with upper and lower decks. Ideal for small gatherings. I also have a decked in above-ground pool (21 foot round) great for ambiance. Pool lighting and fountain available for evening events. The upper deck contains a 12 x 9 gazebo with netting. The lower deck has built-in seating. The other section of the yard with pavers contains a round wicker outdoor table and seating with a large round umbrella with led solar lights. I can also provide other amenities ie., bar, food tables, chaffing dishes, and additional lighting for the yard.

General Rules
No loud music after 11:00 p.m.
No smoking on the property (smoking available thru access gate to back street)
No pets allowed
Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors
All rentals include setup and teardown time
Furniture must be moved back to where you found it
Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
The rental space is only for the backyard. There is access to the bathroom on the side of the house. No access to the rest of the house.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Security cameras around the perimeter of my home. They are always on and recording.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Space will be clean and "party ready" prior to event.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
