About the Space
We offer a modern canvas with 3000sq ft of space, 3 multi stall bathrooms, WiFi, DJ ready sound system, full kitchen, large projector and projector screen, recess and chandelier elegant lighting, water fountain, 10 tables, and 70 chairs with our basic booking package. Best suited for micro weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, retirement parties, repasses, corporate mixers, demonstration classes, and a host of networking events.

We have a few parking options for guests to utilize in the area. Parking lots, free street and metered parking.
General Rules
No smoking in the building, No loitering, No confetti, No fire of any kind including candles No tape on walls or floor.

Security cameras and recording devices
All recording devices are active and in the public, high traffic areas of the space to ensure safety.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our team members clean and disinfect after every booking ensuring a clean space.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
