About the Space

Welcome to our Sunflower Bungalow. This space is perfect for photo shoots, private gatherings, baby showers, with extra privacy for photo shoots and movie shoots, etc. Our Historic Bungalow home has been redone to a Vibrant & Modern Home is located in the amazing downtown Atlanta, only minutes away to Georgia World Congress Center ,The Mercedes Benz Stadium and many other popular landmark attraction. It features a large open living room, a Dining Room, a Spacious Kitchen with a keurig, A Front and Back Porch with a Tree Lighted Canopy backyard oasis, 2 baths, and 4 bedroom which can be used for changing and/or video/photoshoots. We provide a full kitchen with access to cooking utensils, a Keurig coffee machine with K-Cups for your guests. The space holds up to 15 guests comfortably. *I have a hour and a half minimum, if you choose to book under that time and I accept your booking. Please note that if you are even a minute late to leaving you will be charged for the entire half hour. It is the guest's responsibility & duty to arrive early enough to navigate parking and unloading. You need to be packing up PRIOR to the end of your booking and out of the door by the end time of your booking* We offer free parking on the left side of the house for 2 cars. Please let me know and we will work to assign additional parking.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
