Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Professional cleaning done after each event, surfaces and bathrooms are properly sanitized and disinfected.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

We are an exclusive brand new event venue in Oceanside Long Island. Our venue boasts a large main dining area, bar area and 2 private VIP style rooms. We have 3 bathrooms and have many amenities including in bookings (tables, chiavari chairs, Dj booth with state of the art sound system throughout the building, projector and an option for valet parking).

Parking description

We offer valet parking for certain bookings and there is on street parking as well as parking in adjacent lots.

General Rules

We allow outside catering, Dj’s, event planners and decorators. Looking for professional, responsible guests. We ask that guest return the venue to the way it was found at the conclusion of their event.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Cameras outside and throughout the building as well as all entrances.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
