If so, you've come to the right place :) ABOUT THE SPACE This eclectic, unique apartment studio is curated to inspire creatives and dreamers to turn their visions and dreams into reality. We have thoughtfully decorated this space and handpicked each item to create that cozy and dreamy vibe that you won't find anywhere else. The view from our private terrace is just spectacular, and the entire building itself is perfect for cozy morning sessions and golden hour shoots. The building is newly built and located minutes from Old Town Alexandria, National Harbor, and Washington DC. The unit resides in a peaceful neighborhood setting that offers a combination of convenience and character you don't want to miss. Great view all around with great amenities such as a hammock lounge, grilling areas, rooftop lounge, gym, pool, and more! Free parking. Close to major highways (I-495, I-295, and I-95). Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
The space has informational signage including:
  • Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic

No, I would not book again.

I loved shooting in this space. I was looking to get out of the studio and get some variety. This space did not disappoint. Ryan and Angelica were excellent hosts seeing to our every need in an efficient and friendly manner. I'd definitely book with them again!

Ryan and Angelica were so helpful. I completely forgot to do a review. But the place was amazing. Small cozy and great vibes. Everything I needed for my R&B music video was there. The arcade room and lounge upstairs was a bonus. Thanks again Ryan for your patience and I would definitely book again if I could.

No, I would not book again.

I was not happy about the fact that I reserved Cozy creative studio and was given another location. I had planned for my photoshoot and when I arrived I was told the host mistakenly given me the wrong address. Even though on Peerspace, I knew what my reservation was at and how the space looked like. So it was a double book issue.
