Our expansive 1000 sq ft studio features an outdoor area with a stunning white brick wall, offering a versatile backdrop for your projects. Step into our studio and be greeted by an abundance of natural light, thanks to our wall-to-wall windows, which beautifully illuminate the space. With white walls and high ceilings, our studio provides a clean and open atmosphere, allowing your creativity to thrive. To ensure privacy and control over lighting, our windows are equipped with two sets of curtains - sheer and privacy, which block 40% of light. As our studio is street-facing on the ground floor, it's important to note that occasional urban sounds from NYC may be audible during video shoots. Located in close proximity to the Brooklyn Botanical Garden, Prospect Park, and the Brooklyn Museum, our studio offers convenient access to these stunning spaces, allowing you to seamlessly continue your production beyond our doors. In addition to our exceptional space, we provide an array of amenities to enhance your experience. These include multiple sets/backdrops, furniture, props, a hair and make-up station, a changing station, a full-sized mirror, high-speed wifi, a Sonos wireless sound system, a mini fridge, an in-space bathroom, a kitchenette, and a backyard. Our rental rate includes essential equipment to support your production needs, such as 3 c-stands, apple boxes, an equipment cart, a 4-foot work table, a 4-foot counter table, a Sony tripod, 3 sandbags, gaffers tape, led square paneled light, 3 ring lights, power strips and extension cords, profesional jiffy steamer, as well as a wide array of furniture and props. To further enhance your setup, we offer various add-ons for an additional fee. These include a comfortable queen bed with a cozy comforter and oversized pillows, a sheep rug, seamless 107" backdrops, Wescott 5'x7' vinyl backdrops, a muslin backdrop, a clear acrylic easel from CB2, two-tier clothing racks, and cocktail tables.
