Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Professional cleaners come every week. I perform a basic cleaning of the converted garage every morning.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable masks / face coverings

About the Space

Spacious beach cabin guesthouse turned executive suite office with private bathroom. Classic surf themed office with strong consistent internet (300 MBPS). Hand procured library stocked with surf and tech themed literature. Perfect for remote work. Rent the space to hold seminars. Rent the space to hold meetings or if you just need a quiet place to work. After the workday, enjoy an afternoon surf at Beacons State beach which is only a 10 minute walk west.

Lighting description

We have a skylight and 4 windows. All have blinds. If you would like you can also open the garage door completely if you would like additional natural light. The garage is well-lit by natural light all day long.

Ambient noise description

It's tucked away in a valley, several hundred feet from neighbors. The space is very peaceful. It's a separated garage about 50 feet from the main house.

You can open up the garage door and wheel whatever you like into the space. You can park any loading trucks right in the driveway.

Electrical system description

There are several plugs sprinkled throughout the space. There are two additional ceiling plugs for additional lighting, projectors, speakers, whatever you like. The circuit breaker is right outside to the left of the front door.
