About the Space
Modern Ranch Home on the river. This rental is for the entire outdoor property. There is a full bathroom accessible via the back deck that can be added for a flat fee. Situated on 3/4 of an acre, there is lots of space outdoors. On my property, I also have a spring, as well as a creek that runs to the river. This is a truly serene, picturesque property! There is a modern deck out back, as well as a stock tank pool. Perfect for an outdoor photo shoot!

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The entire experience - the user-friendliness of Peerspace, rental cost of the venue, Cassidi as a host - was an absolute breeze. The property provides such a lush, calming, and relaxing vibe as it features an abundance of plants, shade from the gorgeous oak trees, and a constant breeze from the neighboring Hillsborough River. The deck was spacious and provided the perfect view to the nature around us. Cassidi is the best! She is very open, accommodating, and just so friendly! Not to be outdone, her communication is top-notch. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately. Cassidi is quite the artist as well, and I am so lucky to have been at the receiving end of such talent. If any plans should arise in the future that require a vibe that this modern ranch provided, I know exactly where I’m going! Thank you for everything!

I booked this property for a baby shower. It is even more beautiful in person! It was just stunning all together, the River, landscaping, deck, fire pit and decor. Cassidi and Tyler are very gracious hosts. Plenty of shade and seating. The kids loved playing on the tire swing. The bathroom was clean and so cute. Would highly recommend this to anyone!

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. It's a beautiful home, with a picturesque view of the river. We shot some really nice footage there, and Cassie, the host, was more than accommodating. She was sweet and personable the entire time and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Even down to letting us use one of her kayaks for a background actor to paddle down the river for our shot. Can't recommend enough.
