MAINTAINING A SAFE & HEALTHY WORKSPACE During uncertain times in business or in life, we seek new solutions. At IMAGINE COWORKING our number one priority is helping you grow your business and improve our community for the better, with that in mind, we have updated our guidelines to help navigate these new waters in a safe, easy and compassionate way. WHAT WE’RE DOING We scheduled frequent cleanings and sanitation of all shared spaces We installed a sanitation kiosk at the entrance and stocked each of our private offices with sanitizer and throughout the common areas We provide all guests and members with masks for your safety and the well-being of others. We have canceled all large in-person events for the near future We reworked our common areas with a socially distanced design We created visuals around the office and common areas to remind others of best health practices We stocked our kitchen with recyclable single-use utensils, plates, cups and condiments & prepackaged snacks WHAT YOU CAN DO Members are encouraged to check & log their temperature upon arrival at the screener kiosk located next to the entryway. Masks may be worn at the members’ discretion in their private office but must be worn when interacting in our common spaces such as the lounge, kitchen or shared printer area. We have stocked our kitchen with recyclable one time use utensils available to all members in our shared kitchen space
