Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We clean weekly and in between bookings. High touch surfaces are disinfected regularly.

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This is a newly finished 3 bed/2 bath condo right on Utah Lake in the quaint city of Vineyard. The Lake is 100 yards from our building with access to walking/biking trail along the lake. This is a great place for small gatherings up to 16 people; photo/video shoot baby showers, etc., offsite office for productions, off-site meetings, easy access to the Lake for team building activities etc. You walk into our condo into the dining/living/kitchen area. Hallway leads to laundry and bedrooms. The master bedroom at the end of the hall has an amazing area for hair/makeup stations in the master bathroom. There is also a small balcony that can be used to enjoy the fresh lake air or enjoy the mountain scenery.

1 Parking space in front of garage. Street parking to the east of building and a parking lot to the southeast of building.

Lighting description

We have direct natural morning light as our windows are on the east side. As the sun moves we don't have as much natural light. We do have 2"blinds and blackout curtains. Morning hours are the brightest from 8am-noon.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

We can hear neighbors at night around bedtime (not super loud but there) I've never heard them during the day. You can hear some noise from the street outside but it's not too loud unless its a noisy motorcycle. The AC and appliances are noisy when they are on.

Items can be unloaded in front of building and carried up the stairs but loading vehicles will need to be moved to street parking or in the parking lot.

Any rooms can be accessed for crew/talent. The master bathroom is a great space for hair/makeup/wardrobe.

Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed

General Rules

-No smoking in building (must follow Utah smoking laws) -Street parking is available 6am-11pm -Remove shoes -Be considerate of neighbors (quiet hours 10pm-8am, don't block others doors or driveways, etc.) -No pets allowed -All rentals include setup and teardown time -Furniture must be moved back to where you found it -Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking -Front door must be locked upon departure from the space -No adult content -No drugs/alcohol -Use plastic or wooden utensils in pots/pans -Don't place hot items directly on quartz

Production insurance is required

To cover for general liability and third party property up to $500,000.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Don't scoot furniture on vinyl flooring. If the need is to remove the furniture/decorations from the building put it in the garage until done and then replace as originally found.
