Minimum 2 Hour Booking! A perfect space for creative meetings. Two shooting areas, light white space, backdrops available and set furniture. We have a white 'leather' couch that can lay flat for tasteful glamor & boudoir. Excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities. Tea, coffee & water. Brand new luxurious studio. Make up station and get ready area. Wifi, bluetooth BOSE stereo & AC. Great location with local amenities. Important - Children will only be allowed if under strict supervision and pre approval. Studio assistant stays onsite during host.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

I rented this studio for 5 1/2 hours and it was such a great space to work in. The studio smelled great, was clean and had a welcoming ambiance. Parking was nearby in a garage, and access to the studio was easy. The space had all I needed to give my clients several looks including using natural light in addition to strobes. I would highly recommend using this space for your photography needs.

Great space for photo and video shoots. A lot of variety and backgrounds already at the studio. Easy to get in, full kitchen and bath for convenience too.
