The house is located an easy drive from San Francisco, six miles west of Mill Valley - but is a world away, surrounded by ocean and the Golden Gate National Recreation Area. It has about 1,000 square feet of elevated and level exterior deck space with multiple dining / sitting areas. The upper level interior (about 1,100) square feet includes a spacious open kitchen / living space, a separate living / media room and a 3/4 bath. All decks and rooms have an ocean view. The house was constructed of in a modern style with high quality materials in 2008 and has an exterior and interior feel that blends into the landscape. Interior ceiling height varies from 9 to 11 feet, with floor to ceiling windows facing south and west - both providing ample natural light and sun warmth. The interior and exterior spaces are suitable for photo or video shoots or business/team offsite meetings. The interior dining table seats 8 comfortably, there is a comfortable couch and coffee table in the same room that seats 4, and a kitchen bar that seats 3. The TV/media area seats 8, the outdoor dining table seats 8, and the outdoor fire table seats 8. We also have extra tables and chairs to have contiguous dining for larger groups.
