Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

All soft/porous surfaces are cleaned after bookings. Air purification systems run during and after bookings. All high touch surfaces are cleaned regularly. Studio is thoroughly cleaned weekly regardless of usage.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

About the Space

Large open floor plan with painted white, black, gray and teal walls. Wall of windows with sheer curtains and blinds to cut light. Moveable wall painted white on one side and black on the other. Multiple chair, rug, plant and decor choices available. Let us k ow what type of look you are going for, and we will make sure we’ve got the proper decor out for you. Bathroom and kitchenette available for use.

Lighting description

The space has a wall of east facing windows with the brightest time of day being morning light. We are able to take the sheer curtains down and put up black out curtains for your session upon request.

Space is not soundproof

There is road noise and noise from the surrounding businesses, not recommended for sessions needing silence.

Guests can park in the parking lot, or one of the spaces out front if available. There is ramp access to the front door.

Owner is on site to access circuit breaker. Outlets are on all of the walls in the space.

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Live plants cannot be used in sessions but the artificial are free for use. The furniture can be moved, it is the guest's responsibility to move it back to the original location. Wall décor cannot be removed.
