About the Space

Amazing over half an acre four bedroom, two full baths with climate condition sunroom, one of a kind colonial home located in Bowie, MD. The property is easily accessible from the Capital Beltway (495), The Baltimore Washington Parkway (295), and US 50. Enjoy peace and privacy on a fully fenced-in lot in a country-like setting. The interior offers a unique earthly bohemian yet cozy design aesthetic throughout with plenty of natural lighting. Fully finished and furnished basement. The backyard has a gas grill, a deck with an additional seating area, a play-set, a chicken coop (no chickens currently), and a volleyball setup.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.

Staying at Alexis’s place was beyond wonderful. We celebrated my brothers graduation with family and friends. From the beginning she communicated quickly and efficiently! She met us at check-in to tour the house. The house is even better in person than pictures. We used the inside and outside and we all loved it. I will definitely be booking with her again and would recommend you to book as well!! Thank you again and again Alexis!
