Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We hire progressional cleaners before and after each guest. Our home is large enough for physical distancing and we have many cleaning resources available.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Our newly built 2020 townhome is great for photo shoots, meetings, fitness videos, live streaming, small events and more. We have three stories that can be utilized for multiple purposes. On the first floor is the garage, contemporary gym and mud room. On the second story is the open layout kitchen, dining, living room, front door, deck and powder room (coming soon). On the third story you will find two bedrooms, bathroom and an open multipurpose room. We are flexible to move furniture for your production needs. We hope our space will meet your booking needs and are available to chat if you have any questions.

Parking description

Lots of parking in the neighborhood. Rarely is parking close to halfway full (roughly 30 spots should be available). We do have a garage for one car but please coordinate in advance if you want to use this spot as we’ll need to make sure to vacate our cars if you want to utilize the garage.

Lighting description

Lots of lighting options. Natural lighting and blackout curtains. Warm lamp lighting and also ceiling lighting. Lamps can be moved for optimal lighting and in some rooms w shave neon signs for lighting.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

You cannot hear neighbors and we are removed from the street which cannot be heard unless the windows are open. Occasionally the fridge may make a noise to refill with water, but this is momentary every couple hours.

We do not have a ramp. The best way to load large items is through the front door as the staircase from the garage has a few corners to navigate (however we move furniture through this space quite often without a problem).

Bedroom and office. Garage and open loft space can be leveraged as well.

General Rules

No smoking is allowed and we ask that you please be careful with our newly purchased furniture and home. Outside catering and alcohol is allowed.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Any items can be moved except large items such as TV, appliances, ect. We ask that you do your best to return to the same place upon departure but we would be happy to partner on this.

No smoke machines allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Ring front door camera but no other cameras or listening devices.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
