- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Hosted a birthday party here and it was the perfect space! Derek was super helpful with getting us set up with the stage/lights/sound and we were able to do karaoke as well. My guests love the place too and a few people are interesting in booking for their own events. Will definitely book in the future.

Seamless, easy rental. Good communication from the owner. The space was perfect for my event! Plenty of room, seating, tables, bar space and vintage ambiance. Stage area with capability for live music. Love Lee’s!

We had a wonderful experience hosting our after-wedding brunch in this space! Derek was super communicative and helpful. Many of our guests had frequented Lee's when it was a functioning bar, so being there drummed up a lot of nostalgia. We were able to do karaoke on the stage, which was a crowd favorite. Parking a food truck in the lot out back worked out perfectly. Highly recommend renting this space!
