About the Space
Description: The Studio is a multi-functional space for your photo, video and event needs. Nestled near the beautiful Greenpoint waterfront in Brooklyn, the studio is central and easily accessible. The space features natural and artificial light featuring a 12 ft tall corner cyc and director’s viewing loft. The garage entrance allows for drive-in vehicles and drop offs. The studio is equipped with a spacious restroom inclusive of a shower and hanging hooks. The kitchenette provides full water, coffee and refrigeration. It is the most versatile canvas for all creatives. Bookings that involve driving a car onto the cyc require a minimum of a half day booking (5 hours). Full day bookings incur a discount.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Humai was very responsive and helpful, this was a last minute shoot and all our requests were accommodated. The space is clean and convenient, the cyc looks great. Load in was a cinch with the front gate, we all showed up with our gear in Ubers, which were able to park directly in front and pretty much drop it all inside. Very happy with the results on this sit down interview shoot. This was for a documentary project but we plan to come back for portrait and product work. It has really comfy client space which is always great. Love the location and surrounding area. 5 star experience.

Fantastic space! The studio was perfect for our shoot. We were able to capture multiple looks from all the great features of the studio. The ability to have so much natural light was fantastic.
