About the Space
*SPECIAL TEMP RATE for bookings between now and July 1st!!* Our luxury apartment is perfect for gatherings, parties, photoshoots, dinners, working, and more! The large open concept living room/kitchen area allows for plenty of room to spread out and dance, set up tables, or welcome a larger group. The living room space can open up to the terrace, creating an amazing indoor/outdoor vibe and adding plenty of space. There is one restroom in the space, and also two bedrooms which can be used for changing or storing things. You'll have full use of the kitchen if needed- there is a bar table with two bar stools as well. There is a 75 inch tv in the living room that you will have access to but no sound system. We won't be able to provide tables/chairs outside of what is already in the home (7 chairs including bar stools, outdoor stools, and accent chairs, and 3 tables (kitchen bar table, coffee table, and mini patio table on terrace). There are strip lights on the ceiling and lining the kitchen counter which you can operate with the remotes provided.
