About the Space
Our luxury apartment is perfect for small gatherings, photoshoots, dinners, working, and more! The large open concept living room/kitchen area allows for plenty of room to spread out. The living room space can open up to the terrace, creating an amazing indoor/outdoor vibe and adding plenty of space. There is one restroom in the space. You'll have full use of the kitchen if needed- there is a bar table with two bar stools as well. There is a 75 inch tv in the living room that you will have access to and a sound bar. We won't be able to provide tables/chairs outside of what is already in the home (4 chairs including bar stools and accent chairs, and 3 tables (kitchen bar table, coffee table, and mini patio table on terrace). There are strip lights on the ceiling and lining the kitchen counter which you can operate with the remotes provided. *We are only accepting low key events with minimal noise and people. *Your guests should arrive after you, not before. We will not allow anyone inside without the main person who booked. *There is a camera in the living room that should remain unblocked.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
