About the Space
Excited to offer this beautiful 1 bedroom apt on the Astoria waterfront—a 4 minute ferry ride to Manhattan’s east side. Features large sun drenched windows opening up to a balcony with breathtaking views of the nyc skyline. Roomy open concept floor plan with kitchen, living room, and balcony is one room. 2nd room is a bedroom. There is also an electric fireplace, TV, full bathroom, and laundry services on site. There are two separate sleeping spaces: The fully decorated bedroom with multiple mirrors, closet space, dresser and bookcase. 2nd space is a comfortable full sized pull out couch setup with memory foam and full bedding in the front open space room. Very comfy! It is separated by a portable room divider for ample privacy if needed for your shoot. Apartment also boasts expansive weight set: Squat rack, bench press, dumbbells, pull-up and dip bar for exercise shoot. Apt Also has a full bathroom and kitchen with oven, microwave, and fridge. Activities that work well in this space are video shoots, photo shoots, film shoots, music videos, shared workspaces (environment is awesome),

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
