Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Extra cleaning and sanitizing has been made for Covid-19.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
The living room and Dining area works best for productions. The furniture can be easily be moved around to the guest liking. Any preference will be considered if guest has some in mind Amenities and features included: High speed internet, AC, Onsite Restroom, Close to DART, and food and drinks.

Lighting description
The windows have blinds that can adjust the light inside the room. Around 11am to 6pm is when the light is the brightest.

Ambient noise description
The area is very quiet, not too much traffic comes around. The neighbors are not too noisy. No appliances will be too much of a disturbance.

Equipment loading description
Any equipment can be loaded around the back door. There is not a ramp, only stairs. Trucks shouldn't be a problem to park on side of road. They can park at church if necessary.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
