About the Space

The layout of the house is wide open, with 30 foot ceilings, glass railings to the third floor. This house is one of a kind ULTRA MODERN. It screams MIAMI or Los Angeles. The back patio and pool have water features including a water curtain and water laminar. There is also fire bowls which light 2 large fires on either side of the water curtain. This house is completely custom with porcelain white floors and a 6 foot tall chandelier.
